Little Red Coding Club was the first-ever augmented reality education game for multi-players and devices. The game teaches children to code and collaborate as they work together to help the familiar character of Little Red Riding Hood through the forest. My Role&nbsp; Working on Little Red since day 1, myself and a small team developed an idea for a simple game to teach coding and position and direction skills. Little Red felt like a natural fit for us. My role within the team on Version 1 was project lead, working on all the design for the visuals and the mechanics of the app.As we started Version 2, the app has become incredibly ambitious and the team has been increased. It’s exploration time on Mars! But first, you’ll need to build a robot that can cross the terrain and take on challenges. Use the workshop area to choose from a variety of robot parts, from wheels to distance sensors.Program your parts and test your robot works in the test zones. Can you build a robot that can successfully navigate the treacherous Mars landscape?The national competition and a joint project of the UK Robotics and Autonomous Systems (UK-RAS) Network and Twinkl. The competition is for school groups only, and pupils must be aged between 8 - 14 years old.The competition requires pupils to create robots that can cross challenging space environments using our specially designed app or online. By selecting different parts you can build your robot and then test it out before taking on a range of challenges. My Role&nbsp; ARchitect was developed in an incredibly short sprint of 10 weeks. In that time, I took on the role of design lead and 3D artist. liam's work https://liamrushfirth.co.uk/Spirit-Animals-1 Spirit Animals Alcoholic Animal Illustrations The BriefSpirit Animals is a self-initiated brief, sparked from a conversation about a ‘Tequila Whale’. The ideas was to come up with as many punny names for animal/alcohol hybrids. The outcome was spirit animals, an illustrated book which has my own visualisations of those animals. The ConceptSpirit Animals was a great way to get people having a more meaningful and engaging debate than the usual small-talk which plagues a lot of offices. People genuinely get involved in thinking up the best names for these hybrid animals, which is why this project has been such a success so far.The ProductSo far, 10 illustrations have been produced, which I have translated into a small book. The layout is simple, yet effective, done deliberately so that they are a nice compliment to the illustrations, which are the main focus of the project.
